This report provides an overview of the engagement and consultation activities that have taken place over the past year from 1st April 2019 until 31st March 2020 and includes a summary of what people told us, what the outcome was and where you can find further information.  It also includes details of any engagement or consultation activities that are currently planned for 2020/21. We’ve also the take the opportunity to look back over a number of years and reflect on changes that have been made following engagement and consultation.
